Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms cover your use of dentistsinportstlucie.com, the website of One Roof Dentistry in Port St. Lucie, Florida. By using the site, you’re agreeing to them. If you’d rather not, please don’t use it. Anything you sign in our office for your treatment still applies on its own.

1. Our website is for information, not diagnosis

Everything on this site, from our pages to our guides and photos, is general information. It can’t replace an exam, X rays and a dentist actually looking at your teeth. Reading our site, filling out a form or messaging us doesn’t make you our patient. That starts when you’re seen in our office.

2. Emergencies

If you’re having trouble breathing or swallowing, have bleeding that won’t stop, or think your jaw is broken, call us or go to the nearest emergency room. For a toothache, broken tooth or swelling, call us. We’re open 24 hours a day. Please don’t use our forms or email for anything urgent.

3. Appointment requests

Sending a form is a request, not a booked visit. Your appointment is set once we call or text you to confirm the day and time.

4. Prices and estimates

We don’t post set prices, because treatment depends on what your mouth needs. Any cost mentioned before an exam is only a rough guide. After your exam, you’ll get a written estimate before we start, and if your plan changes, we’ll go over the new cost with you first.

We’re not in network with dental insurance plans and don’t accept Medicaid right now. If your plan has out of network benefits, we’ll give you an itemized receipt to send in, but your insurer decides what it pays.

5. Reviews and results

The reviews on our site come from real patients and are shown word for word. Every mouth is different, so your results and experience may not be the same as theirs.

6. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, One Roof Dentistry may text you about appointment requests, confirmations, reminders and follow-up questions. How often we text depends on your visits. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

7. Keeping things accurate

We try hard to keep this site up to date, but hours, services and equipment can change, and sometimes we get things wrong. If something here doesn’t match what we tell you in the office, what we tell you in person is correct.

8. Using our site

Please use our site the way it’s meant to be used: to learn about us and get in touch. Don’t try to hack or overload it, scrape it, send spam through our forms or pretend to be someone else.

9. Our content

The text, design, logo and photos on this site belong to One Roof Dentistry or are used with permission. You’re welcome to read, print or share links to our pages. Please don’t copy or republish our content without our written permission.

10. Links to other websites

We link to some outside sites, like Google Maps and Google reviews, to make things easier for you. We don’t run those sites, so we can’t vouch for what’s on them or how they handle your information.

11. Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through this site and how we use it. As a patient, your health information is covered by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which you can ask for at the front desk any time.

12. Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use our site. If any part of it is hard for you to use, email us or stop by, and we’ll help you get the information or book a visit another way.

13. No guarantees about the website

Our site comes “as is.” We do our best, but we can’t promise it will always be up or free of mistakes.

14. Limits on our liability

As far as Florida law allows, One Roof Dentistry isn’t legally responsible for any loss that comes from using this website, not being able to use it, or relying on what it says. This is about the website only. It doesn’t limit any rights you have as a patient for the care we give you.

15. Florida law

Florida law applies to these terms. If there’s ever a disagreement about this website, it will be settled in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.

16. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms now and then. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.

17. Other details

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
